I am a lucky gal! I had such a fun, relaxing and just fabulous weekend! I got to hang out with Jeanette for our usual shenanigans on Friday (and even went swimming!) and spent most of Saturday chillaxin’ with the puggyman. And Sunday? Well, Sunday Jeanette and I went to Big Moves Bay Area’s “Day of Dance” and got our asses kicked in a Hip Hop class! Whew! Not to mention my standing Sunday plans of dinner and the watching of things with my bffs…fantabulous times!

There is something so incredibly special about walking into a place you’ve never been before only to be greeted by friendly and familiar faces! When we walked in we saw quite a few ladies we knew from other events or just community things. And it’s great to hear, “So nice/good/great to see you!” too. You couldn’t ask for more loving and kind people to be dancing and sweating with!

It started out with an hour of warm up to super fun 80’s tunes. Then we got right into the Hip Hop class and I will tell you, I haven’t sweat like that since I had my cafe! Whew! Tons of fun, though. I mean, wow! I wish I had better words to describe it. All body types were in attendance, all women and some children, too. I don’t think I have any new moves to show off at the club exactly, but I assured Jeanette that I would bust out the full choreography on the dance floor eventually. Ha-ha!

I know I will be sore, but it was well worth it! I had so much fun this weekend and just feel good, ya know? And I got to move, a lot, and all for pleasure! Woo! Did you do anything fun this weekend? Tell me all about it! 🙂
