I'm just a fat gal with a blog and an opinion. Well, lots of opinions.

Sweet Misery: A Poisoned World

I watched this documentary with my husband the other night and it rocked my world!

Sweet Misery: A Poisoned World

From Netflix: Filmmaker Cori Brackett’s riveting documentary probes the link between various health problems and the artificial sweetener aspartame. Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, Brackett set out to expose the toxicity of aspartame, prevalent in many foods despite warnings by the National Institutes of Health. Interviews with doctors, a former Food and Drug Administration investigator and other experts reveal controversial information about the sweetener.

If you already subscribe to Netflix you can watch this instantly on your computer or if you have one of those streaming boxes like “Roku”…or you can just add it to your que as per usual. It’s worth watching!

While I will admit it takes a few minutes to get used to the style of this documentary, it is the information discussed and shared that is just so valuable it will leave you angry-sad-speechless. It took me a few days to even talk about it and really let it all sink in.

I cannot tell you the amount of people affected by the effects of aspartame, but I can tell you that so many people I know imbibe in blissful ignorance (some even know and still ingest this poison)! It makes me so upset that we are fed nothing but lies and we all suffer for it! The health effects are alarming to say the least. And all in the name of “zero calories”! Stop the madness, stop the cycle and stop ingesting this poison!

PLEASE JUST WATCH IT AND YOU’LL UNDERSTAND WHY I AM

SO ALARMED AND PASSIONATE ABOUT THIS!!!
