1 in 100 Americans have epilepsy and live with it every day. Knowing the signs of a seizure and what to do in the event of one can save lives! Here is some info provided by the Epilepsy Foundation of America:

Erylin: You are very welcome! I was glad to do it. My dad has epilepsy. It’s not something most people know, he’s never had a seizure, but I’ve always been aware because of it. So happy to spread the word. <3
